NUPHASE exists for men and women who do not separate the quality of their health from the quality of their lives, and who have not yet found a service willing to meet them there.
was built on a simple belief: that the standard for hormone health is not high enough, and the people who need it deserve something better.
What we do
We are a private, fully digital hormone health service for the United Kingdom. We provide testosterone replacement therapy for men, and hormone replacement therapy and bioidentical HRT for women.
Every NUPHASE journey begins with a blood test rather than an assumption. Your Randox panel is completed at home and reviewed personally by a GMC-registered clinician.
Treatment is a relationship, not a transaction. Ongoing monitoring, repeat testing and clinician reviews are built into a single subscription, so your protocol is adjusted as your body responds over time.
Why we exist
That standard has fallen short in more ways than one. Not clinically, where wide reference ranges and short appointments leave too many people told they are fine when they do not feel fine at all. Not experientially, where care can feel cold, rushed and impersonal at exactly the moment people most need to feel understood.

Clinical partnership
NUPHASE is registered with the Care Quality Commission and operates in clinical partnership with The Medical Hub and Refine Group. Blood testing is provided through Randox Laboratories.
Prescriptions are prepared by a licensed UK compounding pharmacy and overseen by GMC-registered clinicians throughout.
