These terms govern your use of the NUPHASE website and service. By using NUPHASE you agree to them.

About NUPHASE
NUPHASE is a private hormone health service operated by [ENTITY], registered with the Care Quality Commission. Treatment is provided by GMC-registered clinicians and dispensed by a registered pharmacy. NUPHASE is not an emergency service and does not replace your GP or urgent care.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.
- You must provide accurate, complete information about your health.
- Treatment is provided only where a clinician determines it is clinically appropriate following assessment.
The assessment, subscription and payment
- You pay a one-time assessment fee of [£195] covering your blood test and clinical consultation.
- If treatment is recommended and you proceed, you pay a monthly subscription of [£165], which includes your compounded prescription, monitoring, repeat testing and access to your clinical team.
- If treatment is not recommended, you are not charged a subscription; the assessment fee is non-refundable as it covers services already provided.
- You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, effective from the next billing cycle / per the cancellation terms.
To confirm
Confirm pricing, billing cycle, cancellation effective date and refund position: must comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your right-to-cancel obligations.
Medicines and prescriptions
All treatment is prescription-only and supplied at the discretion of the prescribing clinician. You agree to use medicines only as prescribed and to attend monitoring. See our Prescribing Policy for full detail.
Your responsibilities
- Give honest and complete health information and keep it updated.
- Follow your clinician’s guidance and complete required monitoring.
- Tell us promptly about side effects or changes in your health.
- Keep your account secure and not share medication with anyone.
Cancellations and refunds
Your statutory cancellation rights apply. Because medicines are made or supplied specifically for you, some items may be exempt from the standard cooling-off return rights once dispatched, to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out here.

Complaints

Governing law
